Our Story

It all started when…

Dan wandered across Williamsburg in the summer of 2011 to a backyard where his life would change. Visiting a friend, he met Sarah. She had adopted Levi months before. He was running around the backyard like a puppy. Over the course of the conversation Dan's attention was increasingly with Sarah. It's been there ever since. 

They started dating. As Dan's career was launching Sarah's was shifting. Over the course of 2012, she set herself on a course to her life's work beginning with graduate school. 4 years just flew by as Dan continued to work and grow his practice. Sarah eventually graduated as valedictorian. Their agreement had been that they would discuss marriage after grad school. While traveling through Asia celebrating Sarah's new beginning, Dan started that conversation by proposing. 

In the Fall of 2017 Sarah launched her clinic, Sanctuary Acupuncture and Holistic Health, with her partners and co-founders. Dan is now celebrating his seventh year of private practice in New York City. Levi has a collection of stuffed toys and bones to chew on. Everyone's healthy and happy and it's a hell of a time to be alive and in love. This is the prologue. The real story begins August 31, 2018.
